WOW! Right around the corner......

Movin' On Up!

Well, folks, the time has come. As many of you are aware, we finally have a new home for Jason Domingues Photography. We have been working our buns off the past couple of weeks trying to get the space ready to open.

We are now at the point where we are doing the finishing touches and having to actually move everything from one office to the other. All computers will be temporarily disconnected, phone number switched, and desks and chairs loaded up. SO.....we will be shut down until July 7th. Kind of. If your wedding edit or album is currently being worked on, we will still work on it until the computers are ready to be moved, and as soon as they are in the new space. It just might take a little longer than normal.

All other albums whose designs haven't been started yet, are just going to be pushed back a couple of weeks. It's a real pain in the you know what, and we apologize for the delay, but we don't feel we can give 100% to your edits/albums while also working 50 hours a week on the studio. Once the space is done and we are moved in, our creative juices will be flowing stronger than ever, so your albums will ROCK! AND....we won't have the two little rug rats running around disrupting us all day!

We will have limited access to phone and email (thank God for laptops), so please feel free to call or email if you need anything. We will do our best to stay on top of correspondence.

So, thank you again for your patience during this crazy time. I know. We aren't the sharpest tools in the shed for opening a studio during the busiest time of year, but when opportunity knocks, you gotta answer the door!!

We'll let you know when the doors are officially open for business!

Oh Boy! Oh Boy! Oh Boy!....Here we Go!!!!!!

Well, this will most certainly be our biggest news of the year. Can you guess? Anyone? That's right...after 3 1/2 years in business, we are moving the office out of the house, and opening a studio! Woohoo! We have gotten so busy and constantly having to combine our personal and work lives was really taking a toll on us....so we took the leap. We will be working on the space for the next two weeks or so, and are hoping to open the doors the first week of July, assuming no major setbacks. We don't want to give too much away, so all we'll say is that the space is about 15 minutes away from our house, and it's on a busy main street. We will post the details when we are all done, and let you know when the doors will officially open. We will also be having some grand opening specials, so stay tuned!! Thanks to all of our colleagues and clients for your continued support. We would not be able to do this without you, and we can't wait for you to see it!!

Happy Father's Day

My wonderful husband-

You truly are the biggest blessing in my life. We've been together now for 12 1/2 years, and we have been through so much together. I am the luckiest woman in the world to be able to call you my husband and the father of my children. Even though we have our differences in the way we view some things and do some things, I am a better person for having known and loved you.

You have taught me how to be more affectionate with the people I love, and in return, they are all more affectionate with me. I will no longer have regrets about not
having told someone I love them or not hugging them when saying goodbye.

You have taught me to just go for it when I have an idea or simply think of something new I want to try. There are so many things I would still be thinking about doing if you hadn't come into my life. Now I can say I did them, and don't have regrets about not having tried.

But most importantly, you have taught me what real, true, raw, unconditional love is. After all the ups and downs in our life (and you know what they are), we are still here, and I feel that we are stronger than ever.

I am so happy that we are not only husband and wife and mom and dad, but also business partners. You are amazingly talented and I'm so excited to be on this adventure with you and see where it will continue to lead us.

Thank you for loving and supporting me, and for being such a great daddy. The world truly is a better place with you in it.

P.S. And of course, a Father's Day shout out to my dad, Jan, my father in law, Ken, my step father in law, Bob, and all the other great daddies of the world. You are all loved and appreciated so much. What would we do without great daddies?? :-)

This is soooooooo late......

For those that didnt know, Allison and I were part of WPPI last February. We had a great time meeting new and old friends for a fun filled week in Vegas. I was also out there to help co-host a workshop with my good friends Mark Eric, Sofie Louca and Tana Huffman. We had a full day of shooting out at the Red Rock Canyons for Leaving Las Vegas. Enjoy the show and maybe we'll see you out there next year.
